I asked driver, is this bus going to Bansko? Absolutely ignoring me and smoking cigarettes on the steps of the bus. Young couple spiking English confirmed my question. Yes it’s going to Bansko and mention it’s absolutely normal with those drivers. But was keeping temperatures inside like 35-40 Celsius. Very hot. Reservation seat I had was broken leaning back all the time bathers lady behind me. All together 3 stars

Every single thing was wrong. They didn’t clean the coach when they arrived and we got in a coach full of rubbish. Then the drivers were smoking in the closed coach. They were so rude and overslept when we arrived at Dover and blocked the other drivers and left us waiting there
