Pretty horrible experience. The bus was late by 75 min in Bordeaux, but we only got email notification of lateness 45 min into those 75 minutes. If we would have known the bus was late by this amount, we wouldn't have rushed to the station by taking a cab. Also, the bus driver almost overturned the bus by taking an offramp too fast! The other bus driver who took over then sheared off the right-hand mirror assembly on a tree. Also, the itinerary mentioned only 2 stops between Bordeaux and San Sebastian, but there were actually 5.
