Bus Tickets from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro

I was able to wait safely for the bus in the lounge. The staff were kind, and I arrived at my destination safely. However, I felt it would have been better if there had been announcements about rest stops or the arrival point. Overall, I was satisfied and I will use this service again.

Thoroughly enjoyed trip. Booked Cama and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were great. Stopped for lunch at a clean and very pleasant spot overlooking a lake. Obrigado!

The bus broke down and even an hour later there was no solution. I had to pay for an Uber on top for the last 2h of the journey

Driver did a great job and was very helpful. The guest behind us poured something on the floor that made the trip awful and the fluid smelled like sewer or body fluids and the entire side of section had a wet floor. Besides that, top notch job.

Everything went smoothly. I only wish they made an announcement at the break so I would know how much time we had. I wasn’t sure so I rushed back to the seat after using the bathroom, and it seems I could have gotten and eaten food instead.

Wonderful experience! Booked the "leito cama" which was definitely worth it! Very comfortable seats with window curtains and enjoyed the ride. The bus left pretty much on time for 6am and arrived right on time 1230pm. Loved it! Would recommend.

I got to Rio de Janeiro with another company 1001, because my bus at 13:00 simply wasn't there. I arrived at 20:30 (that is, 1 hour late).

I really liked the bed options. The beds are very comfortable. What I didn’t like was that the seats and blankets smelled dirty.

Bus arrived 40mins late at São Paulo to pick us up and then arrived at Rio bus station 3hours later and would not let passengers off midway when people walking was quicker

The bus is really nice and the seats are really spacious and comfortable. I made my booking more than 24 hours in advance but my name wasn’t on the bus driver’s register when I arrived and despite having my ticket and QR code, I was told to wait. This added a level of stress. In the end a customer services lady came, checked on her system and only then was I let on. Less of an issue, but WiFi wasn’t working, USB portal on my seat wasn’t working and we arrived at 1800 instead of the published 1600 time (and we didn’t seem to hit much traffic)

The leito-cama seats were excellent. The only thing I did not like was the bathroom on upper level. Very hard to sit down on the toilet seat. The seat would spring up by itself before I could sit down. Bathroom was dirty and not kept tidy.

Thee best bus ride experience I ever had. Laying down comfortable was everything! The snacks, and the buffet stop was great. 10 out of 10

Catarinense a good quality bus. It is a well known long distance bus company in Brazil, and so has a good reputation to.strive to maintain and improve. The only problem for me was the air vent did not blow cery hard.

The bus arrived and departed on time. The driver was kind, and the fully reclining seats were very comfortable. Additionally, pillows and blankets were provided, and lunch was included, making for a very satisfying experience.

Everything was fine for the most part except the bus had a really bad smell the whole time

had a delay of about an hour but driver was very nice and everything else was good as well. Sadly no Wifi when it was advertised

Didn’t enjoy waiting 2 hours for our original bus arrive, so we were afraid that the bus could handle all of us. We ender up being 3 hours late

The bus was 2 hours late. It seemed that it skipped entirely our departure due to low number of travellers, and instead left with the next scheduled departure. There was very little information and the staff at Terminal Tiete knew nothing about Flixbus. When we finally left, the bus itself was really comfortable, but it had no wifi nor chargers.

The trip was very comfortable. Staff and fellow passengers were helpful because of problems with language. Negatives the busy left late . Approx 50 minutes was spent at the half way stop . The traffic was heavy coming into Rio de Janeiro . Plan ahead . Using Uber from the bus terminus to the hotel was very easy as the Uber signs were well displayed

Very good new bus. Departure and Arrival on time. Helpful staff. Air conditioning too cold for me.You need a blanket

I was impressed by this whole experience! The bus was brand new, very clean and the stop for lunch was delicious. I would def use this company again. Also the seats were very comfy too!!

Very comfortable

THIS IS THE WORST BUS EXPERIENCE EVER. First of all, the bus that I’m going to take supposedly didn’t arrive yet and will be late for a few hours. What they did is that they transferred me to another bus. I prefer the window seat but they literally just put me to a last available seat. The guy handling the tickets was nice but I felt kinda discriminated. Basically, me and another set of locals were on the same bus time and I lined FIRST but then the guy let the locals came through first.

The bus didn’t arrive, your office didn’t work and Admantine’s support chat didn’t work either.

Overall good service. Super friendly conductor, very professional, but we left late both from Sao Paulo and from the stop we did on the way to Rio.

Comfy bus, ran roughly to time with only one 30minute stop. However, this time it was the passengers that delayed us spending an extra 15minutes in the terminal. No one seems to mind or say anything
