The bus driver drove the bus far too fast in windy conditions. The bus swayed from side to side throughout the journey making us feel unsafe, especially on the top deck. One passenger asked the driver’s assistant for him to slow down but he ignored the request. The driver almost lost control of the bus multiple times along the journey. We were extremely disappointed to have felt so unsafe.

Interior shabby & not clean, generally poorly maintained bus, which eventually broke down. Toilets didn't have water, soap, or loo roll & smelt. Compared to our outward journey it was below standard. It left late, 45 minutes, & by the time we broke down we were almost 2 hours behind schedule. We had left 4 hours been arriving by bus in El Calafate & our flight which would've been ok until the bus late & then broke down. However, the driver resolved the situation quickly & ordered a minibus direct to the airport. We caught our flight. The breakdown was well handled. Although a little more information would've been useful.

I would recommend this bus but highlight it did leave 20 mins late, immigration took approx 1.5hrs, and arrival in El Calafate approx 1 hr late. Also I think they changed the seats from what I booked. Bus Sur I think was nicer but this was still ok but just don’t rely on timings
