The bus left on time & arrived at the destination 30 minutes early which was great. The staff were really helpful and spoke some english which helped when we were crossing the boarder. The bus itself was comfortable and we appreciated the lunch & water provided.

Liked 1. Good spacious seats very comfortable for a 5-hour ride. 2. Excellent WiFi service!! 3. They also handed us a snack and bottled water. Didn’t like: 1. The bus was supposed to get back at 8:30 pm, but got us back at 10:10 pm… The operators seemed to be not concerned about the delay and instead of taking steps to accelerate the journey, stopped the bus a couple of times on extended breaks. Not sure if these were scheduled stops as the bus was supposed to be a non-stop service! 2. To be fair, part of the delay originated at the border crossing, especially the one to enter Argentina.
