Bus was late due to technical issues. Then had to transfer to another bus. Absolutely no communication on what the problem was and what was happening. The Bus still had no lights, no aircon and could not charge my phone. Drunk passenger that kept distracting the driver. Driver very nice and helpful.

The bus that i booked and paid for wasnt the bus that picked me up , i had to get on another brand name , could not use the space provided for luggage in the bus as the driver said its not for luggage its for ventilation , the driver wasnt very friendly and drivers very recklessly at driving , missed to the off ramp at heidelberg and just stopped in the middel of the road while trucks were coming on the back and just reversed in order to make the turn , to be honest i will never use intercape again
