I had the BEST driver, hands down ! He was kind, courteous, professional and safe. He took care of everyone by announcing stops, time lines, how to adjust air flow and told us about the safety features on the bus. He suggested I take the seat behind him and helped me with the seatbelt. I am 81 years old with some mobility issues. He even picked my cane up from my son as I forgot it in his car. I hope he gets appreciation from Ebus !

Bus was 45 minutes late and no notification about delay. I had to call to check if bus is coming or not. Other day I was mistakenly waiting on their old bus stop at guildford and bus just went in front of my eyes I requested them if they can stop bus for me for 2-3 minutes at next stop as I was following the bus, they said they can’t wait for me as they have to reach on time. Where is their statement about ON TIME in this trip.
