Ebus BC Kamloops Vancouver recent customer reviews
The trip was delayed due to having to switch drivers because of illness.
We left 40 minutes late.
After a brief start on the road we turned back to pick up another passenger.
This may have been due to leaving a few minutes earlier than the stated 9:15.
In Chilliwack we only stopped to drop off one passenger without the usual rest stop.
The driver did an excellent job of getting us to Vancouver. We were only an hour late.

The driver gave no announcements whatsoever about the trip so no one knew when the break would be. He didn’t speak to us about safety or cellphone usage so it was a free for all. Our trip was two hours longer than scheduled due to road construction and he never addressed it. Didn’t even give his name. Worst trip I’ve ever had with this company.

Bus driver was supposed to leave us at YVR airport but he dropped us at pacific central. I had to pay another $35 to reach the airport. I need reimbursement.
Passengers consistently praise the courteous and professional service provided by skilled drivers, ensuring a comfortable journey. The buses are generally clean with organized boarding procedures. While some users noted issues like inconsistent Wi-Fi and non-functional USB outlets, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience of timely departures and safe travel conditions.
