The bus broke down in Waxahachie TX, About 40 miles before it's destination of Dallas. It broke down on the side of the road on I-35. The driver stated that it was going to take several hours before somebody went to pick us up. I decided to walk to a gas station and get an Uber, so the bus never got me to my destination. Some other passengers got off the bus with me to find their own way to Dallas. Terrible experience.

The bus driver kept on asking for tips and wouldn't let me on the bus until he harassed me for tips. I never gave him a tip, he then kept calling "Moneyball," because he thought I had money. This was extremely unprofessional. I will never use this company again because of him.

I waited for 3 hours before deciding to book a Greyhound. The woman didn’t speak any English, the bus was coming from Mexico and was 3 hours late when I left. I have no idea if it ever arrived. Absolute mess, I booked a Greyhound that arrived on time.

The bus was scheduled to depart Waco at 6:55 PM. I called Turimex a second time at 7:30 to find out the bus was at least an hour from stopping in San Antonio. I knew this was not going to work in my schedule so I had to get my daughter to drive close enough to Dallas so I could pay for an Uber ($42) to get me to the airport. My bus ticket ($32) should be fully refunded.
