The bus itself is fine. The bathroom needs to have a sink. There was a man throwing up so aggressively right next to me and it was disgusting. It should have deserved something to rinse his mouth clean. He obviously didn’t and dragged the smell throughout the bus. The bathroom is also in general disgusting. Please update them for the love of god.

Terrible service. The first bus broke down then we had to wait on the side of the freeway in the rain. Then the buses were so delayed that I got to my destination at 2 am the next day instead of 7pm the night before thus meaning I couldn’t get a hotel and had to spend the night on the street
Based on 5435 reviews, the company was rated 4.1 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the seats and the ticket access but often complained with the wifi. Amtrak ticket prices on this trip start at $234
