Amtrak New Orleans Nashville recent customer reviews
There was not enough seats for everyone at one point and the bus smelt bad with a rude driver
Josh P.
I am currently still on route to Nashville after 21hours to get there from New Orleans. I ended up having 4 stop overs ranging from 2-5 and a half hours each. The timing of these buses are a joke. I planned to travel over night so I don’t waste a day in my destination but because of greyhound I wasted a whole day that I could of been in Nashville. Also the buses are smelly and the bathrooms are disgusting. Definitely don’t recommend greyhound and don’t plan on using it again.

Absolutely horrible. Untimely delays, terrible customer service, zero communication going on between corporate office and officers on the ground leading to massive confusion, prolonged discomfort and wasted time.
