Our departure from Orlando started off smoothly. Our bus driver kept us well informed every step of the way. The problems started when we made a “brief” stop in Tallahassee. The bus driver that was supposed to take over called in sick, we had to wait 4 hrs.
for a substitute. We were then informed that we wouldn’t have to change buses in Mobile but wound up doing so anyway, so we had an additional 3hr. layover. We were given a meal voucher & the staff did their best to accommodate all passengers. However, it would’ve been nice if they had told us there were passengers reboarding ahead of us so we could’ve lined up accordingly instead of having to fight our way back into a line that had formed behind them, along side of us. It’s a flawed system that needs to be upgraded. That, and the electrical system on their buses. On one bus my overhead light didn’t work, and on two other buses, the outlets weren’t functional. We’re FINALLY on the bus from Mobile to N.O., after a total of 20 hrs. from Orlando. We’ll never do this again!

Bus was delayed by 2 hours. Somehow, it did not affect my trip too much, but it greatly inconvenienced others. Honestly it was terrible.
