I was really upset that my bus was late, especially when it was going to the airport for my flight that I could not miss. I couldn’t even track the bus because the app crashed every time I did. The bus left Ithaca at 2:15 and was supposed to leave at 1:30. Luckily when we called and explained the situation, the driver cut out a stop to make it to Rochester sooner, arriving only 15 minutes after the expected arrival. They were very quick to help but I should never have been in that situation to begin with.
