I did not use your service because when I booked my ride I was told that they would pick me up at the Ithaca airport but when I landed I was told that I would have to go to downtown Ithaca to catch the bus to br taken to Binghamton bus depot. I cancelled and had to Uber to Binghamton. So no I did not use your service. I will be spreading this info to other people and I would very much like to get my money refunded and will be cancelling my trip from Flixbus on June 12th. I would like to say it was a good experience but it definately WAS NOT.
