The ride from Edmonton to Grande Prairie was cold. The driver was careless when unloading our luggage. However the ride from Grande Prairie to Fort St. John was exceptional, every bus driver should be like her. Overall I'm disappointed in the fact that the service from Edmonton to FSJ has been cut down to 2 days a week.

At first I thought it to be 5*, because when i arrived at the terminal i noticed they had upgraded to a bigger terminal with a small concession, and when i boarded the super nice staff brought me my charger all the way into the bus that i forgot plugged in. However when i boarded the bus the seats were very close to each other and very hard, by time i reached grande prairie from Edmonton my butt was actually in pain. On to if that it was raining the whole trip and the emergency escape hatch on the roof located to the rear of the bus was leaking water on me the whole trip to grande prairie. This combination of a sore butt made for a very uncomfortable trip.
