Cold Shot is appreciated for providing a smooth ride with professional drivers, ensuring passengers reach their destinations effectively. However, some users have noted areas for improvement such as the need for more comfortable seating and better heating systems to enhance overall travel comfort.

I think that Cold Shot provides a very essential service. The drivers are very courteous and helpful. But……sometimes the passengers are very inconsiderate. Like talking on FaceTime for HOURS and very loudly. It is annoying that we are forced to listen to their entire conversation. I would like to see a 5 minute maximum enforced. On our last trip to Calgary, a woman was vaping in the back seat and into her sleeve. I called her on it and she stopped. This should not be allowed and I felt unsafe telling the driver about it, due to possible repercussions from her, so I stayed silent.

Shell in Fort McMurray didn't let us in the store we were freezing waiting for the bus the lady that worked there should be fired she let us freeze and we could not pee before we got on the bus and the driver had to stop on the side of the road to let a lady pee before she pee her self thank god
