Bus from Edmonton to Red Deer: Tickets & Schedules

Seats were uncomfortable, price kept changing within an hour's time, I was not aware this would happen. I was returning due to a death in family.

Bus was really late and unfortunately there was a new driver getting his bearings. He also did a great job of avoiding an accident that was another drivers fault.

The driver didn't help with bags and was unnattentive and had attitude toward his passengers. When I arrived at my destination the bus driver wasn't near his bus and had two passengers who either missed getting back on the bus or didn't get their bags. I had to get his attention to get my bag and climb over other passengers bags to get it. He was young and didn't do a head count either - when we arrived to my destination he also left the bus running at the intersection during a green light to look at something that was unclear acted like the light didn't apply to him.

Trip was good. Bus came at right time. At the proper location. Smooth ride. Wifi & Chargers & Comfortable seats!

The bus was cold on window seat as the breeze seems to come in around the windows even though they release in case of emergency the seal should be better.

Cramped and chairs weren’t the comfiest. I would have liked if there was charging ports as well.

No walking connections to meetup point from YEG and wayfinding signage for Ryder express was lacking.

The pick up area for the Edmonton Airport being a 15mins walk along the highway when there is room for buses to pick up passengers right outside the airport is quite inconvenient.

The sockets in my place didn't work, I had to look for a free place to charge my phone. But overall the trip was great

The journey on the bus was great; however, I booked the ticket for my sister. I made an error and had placed my own name. I was forced to cancel the ticket and when I went to rebook it cost double the amount.

They delayed us for over an hour in Edmonton, without informing us of the reason. We (passengers) later realized that they had mechanical issues. After an hour and 40 minutes, they got us another bus for the trip. No apology was rendered whatsoever. The driver never communicated about the issue. This is the worst service I have ever had! I always travel by bus to Red Deer but with other bus services. I had to book a last-minute trip and that’s why I had to use this bus service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND Ebus.

I called customer service and got 3 different answers about what kinda ID was valid. One agent think a picture of a government picture ID isn't valid.

It was very good. The bus driver and the attendant were very nice! The bus was clean and comfortable.

Terrible. Missed the bus because of a local marathon. No options to hold the coach. Ticket isn't refundable. Funds can't be used on a future commute.

There was a free single seat right at the front that was right across from me that was free I would of much rather been told I could seat there instead of beside someone whose I don't know . I would of completely understood if the bus was full but it was not .

Nothing was enjoyable, rude driver, disgusting smell in the mini bus, no seat numbers

Courteous service, clean bus, reasonable price. My only concern is I could swear when I booked it the sad said we would be dropped at the Quality Inn, and in reality we were dropped at the Flying J, which wasn't nearly as convenient for transit for me.
