Last time I booked intercape which was supposed to leave by 9pm from Grahamstown it didn't arrive. later on around 12pm we were asked to use taxi without even an explanation about what happened. On our way to kzn the taxi driver was forbidden to cross because he didn't have permit to drive, we waited for ages again with no response from intercape drivers so the whole journey was delayed... but yesterday everything was totally different, your staff was too kind and the bus was on time and we arrived on time as well... I'm too impressed by your improvement, all I can say is that I'm your happy client 😊
