Not adhearing to the timings. Long waits and no communication

The journey was fine no complaints, but the bus must keep time this is the third time consecutive the bus is not on time table. On the 21st of May it arrived 2 hours late from the pick up point, yesterday 25th of June it arrived 40 mins late.
