I was happy the bus came on time for pick up at Benoni but driver was not really helpful about instructing passengers with luggage then at Heidelberg they move us from one bus to another it was chaotic no proper information that was giving us and I was traveling with older person who is 73 and she's using walking stick ,she was in pain with all unnecessary movement that was happening and second driver was giving us time for lunch and using toilet 15 minutes it was absurd
