General Urquiza receives praise for its careful and friendly drivers, ensuring a safe journey. Passengers appreciate the comfortable seating during their travels. However, some users experienced delays in departures and arrivals, which caused stress when checking departure information at Buenos Aires' terminal. Additionally, there were concerns about not having hot water available on long trips.

Suit class is there top of the range service. I compare it to flying business class. Not fancy but very comfortable. And I very much appreciate your company as I was not able to book it directly by myself, because foreign credit cards are often difficult in Argentina. I love your service and will use it again.

The Bus drivers were great, but the staff member who handled the luggage took money from us in an unacceptable way. We had weighed our bags, and they were the 15 kg required by the ticket; he said they were overweight without weighing them and then made us pay 2000 pecos without a receipt. That is extortion at its worst. He pocketed the money himself. We believe we were targeted because we are travelers and struggle with Spanish.

Driver was good - very careful. Bus departure from Buenos Aires was over an hour late and bus never appeared on the departure screen, which made us go upstairs to the Urquiza agent over and over to inquire. That was stressful. Also, we read that we *had* to print our tickets, which was a problem. When do tourists have access to a printer? So… all fine in the end but it was unnecessarily hard, too.
