However, some users experienced delays in departures and arrivals, which caused stress when checking departure information at Buenos Aires' terminal. Additionally, there were concerns about not having hot water available on long trips.

Not the greatest. AC leaked on me the whole way. I asked conductor for a towel or rag and he said “Sure,” then I didn’t see him again. Paid for the bed, not like Brazil. No privacy curtains. Meh.

A little late starting, but very comfortable

Driver was good - very careful. Bus departure from Buenos Aires was over an hour late and bus never appeared on the departure screen, which made us go upstairs to the Urquiza agent over and over to inquire. That was stressful. Also, we read that we *had* to print our tickets, which was a problem. When do tourists have access to a printer? So… all fine in the end but it was unnecessarily hard, too.
