Via Tac User Reviews
Via Tac receives praise for its attentive and friendly staff, as well as the comfort of their buses, which include convenient features like small nets to keep belongings handy. However, some users mentioned limited legroom on certain trips and a lack of charging facilities in specific instances. Additionally, there was an isolated report of a bus delay.
Comfortable seats, clean toilet. The bus was 90 minutes late arriving in Barriloche, due to some lengthy road works and the poor state of the road but mainly due to the time to required to cross the border from Chile.

Average. No WiFi on board. Inconvenient pick up location.

The driver had a very friendly manner with the passengers, but had some anger issues! We all could hear him screaming at traffic. He drove very fast in a very dangerous route and passed forward other vehicles when it was not allowed!
Ricardo L.
The bus arrived in Esquel 4 hours late, left at 2:00 am, arrived 5 hours late in Comodoro.
Bernard O.
The trip was terrible, it took 26 hours instead of 16. We stopped every second and they didn't explain what was happening at all. At every stop, beggars got on the bus and it gave a really unpleasant atmosphere.

Everything was really great, I slept for like 9 of the 13 hours of the ride, and i could charge my phone. The only things that weren't so great is that we had to switch buses once, and that i fell asleep on the second one and they didn't notice, so i didn't get off at the bus terminal but at some different place they'd driven to afterwards.
