This was the first time I’ve ever used a coach to travel in any capacity, I was very nervous but I needn’t have been.. from before even getting on the bus the customer service was exemplary, I am actually disabled and have a blue badge but I did not even have to tell anyone that as they looked after me so well.. The driver was so friendly, so thoughtful and polite throughout please personally thank him for me.. There aren’t enough stars I can give him!!

Excellent compared to the trains,but could be improved by booking online whilst on the coach. I missed a coach by a whisker, but had to buy a ticket first then wait an hour and catch a indirect journey.
