National Express Penzance Exeter recent customer reviews

I was disgfusted by the attitude of the driver who got oj at Plymouth. After a lengthy microphone speech which he obvuiously found hilarious, he insisted that everybody wear the seatbelts (siting safety) and then continued to drive while chatting animatedly with a female passenger. When i got off at Exeter and asked a perfectly reasonable question about whether or not there were two stops in exeter, he enjoyed another opportunity to make sarcastic put downs and I was left alone at 2 am in an unfamiliar city at a deserted bus station. I'm a cheerful, friendly independent 47 year old professional woman and travel ALOT. That man should not be allowed contact with the public especially not when women's safety is concerned.
