Bus Tickets from Montréal-Trudeau International Airport to Ottawa

The driver was really friendly. The journey itself was really easy and we got to our destination quite quickly. But what I didn‘t like was that there was no clear sign for the bus stop so we had to run up and down in the airport and ask at least 2 staff members. Would have been nicer if there had been any sign inside or outside at the arrival area. And not only after walking half the way down all the bus stops.

Good signage for pick up, clean bus, professional driver and efficient ticket handling, easy reservation and smooth timely ride.

Had to miss the bus due to unforeseen circumstances. Is there a way to get a credit towards a future trip?

Clean. Also we were late and the staff at the counter walked us out to the train.

Train traveling from Montreal to Ottawa was late almost 2 hours, and the worst thing was nobody at the station in Dorval knew the exact time of the arrival.

The experience was a great one, especially for a senior couple. The presents were well taken care of.

The driver is too kind since he waited so long for others people who arrived late. Thus, the trip took longer time to get to Ottawa.
