First of all the mainliner is a comfortable ride the issue is that we were delayed on the South African boarder side for more than two hours there was no real engagement between the bus company and authorities to resolve this issue earlier but was eventually resolved, the next issue my luggage was taken by another passenger and I was was left stranded with no luggage and personal effects as hygiene products to brush teeth change clothes ect ect my luggage was clearly marked with a baggage tag with my name and code that I presented when going to collect my baggage but was not there but another bag similar in appearance was left but had No baggage tag, I did not manage to receive my baggage until today that was the following day, I was lucky this time the people were honest but the situation could have been much worse, I would propose that more appropriate lighting are placed in the luggage compartment area so bags can be clearly seen at night and not mistaken for another
