Not being able to choose where to sit a. I couldn’t sit next to my son. Sat next to a woman who took up most of the two seats.

My journey would be more comfortable if my seat were not taken by another passenger and I had to sit in the middle at the end of the aisle right at the back of the bus with no table or pedestals to support my feet as the seat is too high for me and too warm. There shouldn't a seat there. There should be a clear consequence states on the ticket if a passenger takes other's seat without consent.

The coach journey itself was great. On time, clean bus, good driver. My suggestions for improvement are: 1. The ticket says Citi Express but the bus is actually Rede Express. 2. The bus number was not on the Apple wallet ticket and I only found the bus stop by chance.
So if the ticket said Rede Express and had the bus number on the email and QR code ticket that would have helped enormously.
