Well they were not acomadating to the fact that me my wife and 4 yr old daughter were all seated almost 3 seats away and then the tv didn’t work and the food was cold and it was just a really long and miserable and really uncomfortable 13 hour ride on that bus I would not recommend it to anyone I know . My wife paid for the bigger seat and a first floor seating and we were told they had no seats and were not able to fix the error there company made. It was just very unprofessional and bottom line it just sucked in every possible way.
