The cleanliness inside the coach, comfortability, and the kind hearted nature drivers, is heart warming but today’s 6.45 driver from Leeds to Derby wasn’t pleasant. I met the coach just leaving the bay. Though I was 2mins late, I pleaded with the driver to allow me in and was adamant. Hence I missed it sad I had to look for alternate route .
