Beyond all reason the driver of my coach was very disrespectful, and abusive to a young man who had a purchased ticket for coach 205. The driver would not allow him to board the coach and went to great lengths to shut the door on him. The episode made me feel very uncomfortable and uneasy because someone so very unreasonable was responsible for my safety.
