The bus had notifications that it offered wifi, it did not. The bus was do hot and the driver seemed unable to resolve the situation. Many people, young and old, had to ride for 3+ hours in ridiculous heat inside the bus, most were sweating. The driver also didn't do a proper check where there was a passenger standing without a seat and started to drive until another passenger pointer the fact out and then the passenger was told they needed to get on another bus. There was no check done by the staff to ensure enough seats were available for all people. I would not recommend this service and will likely refrain from using it in the future.
