Hi! The interface is very user-friendly: find options, select, purchase, and receive your ticket online immediately. Other busdrivers were friendly and helpful in telling us where our bus would arrive. It did not appear on the screen in the bus waiting area. Wifi and comfy seats and a friendly busdriver rounded out the experience. Thanks!

Nessun box di informazione.
Fermata bus molto poco chiara.
Ritardo enorme nella partenza e nell'atrio!
Soprattutto clienti lasciati in attesa senza nessuna assistenza!

It all started when I left my house
Eager to visit my friends in a different country (Wales) I skipped to the mega bus stop 10 minutes prior to the departure. A long, harrowing 40 minutes passed before the bus approached my weakened soul.
Following this embarrassment, I was still excited to sit on the bus for an hour and some minuets. However, 1 hour was stretched out to a spectacular, miraculous 3. I’m honestly impressed how this is even possible. Considering the bus driver pulled off such a feat, I believe he shouldn’t be driving busses, but curing the blind and turning water to wine, as like Jesus, there was no explanation as to how he’s pulled this off.
Further more, we were dropped of in a differing location to the spot I anticipated. Adding a disgusting amount of time onto my already 4 hour voyage until I reached my desired location. This journey has left much to be desired.

The bus journey was very good, thanks. The only issue was that it was extremely unclear where the bus stop was for the return journey. These need to be more clearly signposted, especially when it is is an area where there are a large number of different bus stops clustered together.
Customers express dissatisfaction with the service, specifically mentioning delays and late arrivals. These issues seem to be consistent across multiple reviews. Additionally, one review mentions poor bus maintenance as a possible factor for the negative experience.
