Bus Tickets from Ottawa to Pearson Toronto Airport

There was air conditioning or fan working in the bus which was a nightmare for almost 7 hour journey

On time , with breaks I slept for the majority of the night, which I never usually do, luggage was no problem Great trip to Toronto

Enjoyed: punctuality, arriving on time, bathroom breaks Didn’t enjoy: locked bathroom on the bus.

Overall good but the buses are dirty and not maintainned well.. there was molding hanging off the front upper deck windshield on the double decker and also the signs making noise inside bother

Terrible service. Missed connection. 2 hours late. Disorganized. Blaming passengers.

2 hours and a half late. The second bus left without us. Almost had to stay at the halfway point until 3am.

Driver was courteous. Bus was clean. Seat was comfortable. Driver dealt with a passenger who had a medical emergency when disembarking for a time break in Kingston. Driver stayed calm, contacted emergency services and comforted victim until paramedics arrived. He also liaisoned with Starbuck staff as the emergency ended up on the restaurant property adjacent to the bus lay up at the Harvey’s. Driver kept us informed and as no was going to Scarborough Station or there were no scheduled pick ups, he was able to keep on time. Kudos to him.

Very spatious, charging station and very accommodative driver. Excellent service!

they cancelled the trip at 10:30pm the night before. Extremely short notice, super unprofessional

After waiting 10 minutes bus arrival time, called customer service and was told the trip didn’t exist even though I booked and paid for a ticket and so did others. Was forced to buy another ticket last minute.

Very late pick up

I had a credit that I thought I could apply but you charged me full fees. So you should not be asking me all this!

It was a smooth ride end to end. The driving was smooth. The driver was courteous.

The bus driver was so rude. He looked at my bus ticket, told me to put my stuff inside the luggage compartment, and then he got mad because I put it on the wrong side. I get that I didn't hear him clearly because he was mumbling under his breath. When it was at my stop, he became so upset and started yelling. There was only a few luggage inside, and he made it like the end of the world. I ended up taking my luggage without his help because he was so rude and making a big deal out of it. I understand it is my fault that I put them on the wrong side. However, it was because he was not checking my ticket, mumbling under his breath when talking, and letting me put my luggage inside without checking.

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Bus didn’t come. Had to book another bus with another company later in the day.

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.

The trip from Ottawa to Toronto was wonderful! Exceptional service in business class, the food was wonderful and so was the leg room!

The hostess was very nice. Food was not great. The train waiting on the track sometimes was a bit annoying and unexpected. Overall it was pretty cool journey

Clean space, everything working fine and as advertised, clean bathrooms, good business class services. Would use it again.

The shuttle was so old. Uncomfortable seats were one thing; the most painful was the shaking. Not a good experience.

The driver was so kind and the internet is fast. The trip all is well. For sure I'll book and ride again.

I payed for the services us of a bus and was given a van. no email to let me know about the changes. i’m not going to use this service again
