Limocar receives praise for its friendly and professional drivers, as well as comfortable and quiet rides. However, some passengers have noted issues such as non-functioning WiFi, incorrect information on electronic boards causing confusion, occasional delays in departures from Montréal, cleanliness of the toilets being subpar, and problems with bus suspension or vibrations during travel.
My experience with Limocar Ligne Express was quiet and safe. I enjoyed the comfort and smooth ride.

The bus was comfortable and quiet (passengers included), the driver was courteous, and departure on time. I didn't like the mistake on the electronic board with the wrong gate, route stops and departure time, which were confusing.

Yelled at woman ext to me who was on phone ( very quietly just telling them directions and at me for asking the woman across from me if I could charge my phone since the power was not working at my seat. Noticed later that the same question I was yelled at for answering was answered when it was asked in French ( which I can understand but not speak)

You can bring 1 carry-on bag, 2 checked bags, at no charge. Max 23kg (50.7lbs) per checked bag, $10 CAD per additional checked bag
Once the transaction is completed, tickets purchased for Limocar cannot be refunded. In order to give customers more flexibility, as long as they are not used, Limocar tickets are valid for 365 days following the date of purchase. However, you must make sure to change the date on your ticket, before the desired departure.
Animals are not authorized onboard. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
