The journey was good. I can't get give full stars because the bus was late, no one at the station knew why (one guy there even told me false information and said I missed my bus). The driver did not help me put my suitcase in the bus.

I got an email 2 hours before my bus with re-scheduling to a new time and the bus didnt exist for that time. Luckily the Bus company let me on a different bus even though their scanner was showing my ticket as invalid. Very Sketchy.

Because I booked this ticket by mistake. I wanted to book a ticket for December 5th, but I mistakenly booked for December 6th... even though I actually booked another ticket for December 5th and didn't use the December 6th ticket.
