While some noted that arrivals were earlier than scheduled in Thessaloniki and Tirana, this did not significantly impact their overall positive experience.

We had a very smooth journey. Seats were comfy and had charging ports available. The bus drivers were very helpful and kind when we had an issue at one of the borders. They also had plenty of stops for toilet breaks and food so it made the journey a lot easier. I would definitely travel with them again.

I enjoyed the quality of the bus itself, as well as the service provided by the staff of the bus like providing hand sanitizer and water at the start of the travel. Also how they treated the passengers, being quite helpful. Enjoyed that the driver drove quite well throughout all of the journey.

The Tirana terminal location that was sent to us in the email was the wrong terminal. So we had to quickly get a taxi to get to the correct terminal which was 10kms away! This added a lot of stress to the journey and we could have easily missed our bus. The Alpar terminal is now at Tirana Eastgate (TEG). Please update this.
