FlixBus Los Angeles Las Vegas recent customer reviews
Bus was very late driver finally decided to disembark and address the crowd Of passengers who have been waiting for 30 minutes she said we are not riding this bus no explanation nothing. Next bus was late i had to transfer instead of direct route. 130minute layover at a bus bench in montclair in the sun. I got sun burnt. Then next bus bus driver was rude. He told passengers prior to picking me up that wifi was available. When i asked he lied said no wifi was apparently too busy with the Phone gossip he had to help for a second. Due to all of these delays and no wifi or phone service i was unable to report of work. I got in trouble for it. Whole reason why i booked my bus and ticket for the ti.e i did (which was more on your app than at flix bus station) was to be on time for work. Im very frustrated and highly dissatisfied.

The entire way the bus was filled with exhaust and the driver was driving with the door open .

Driver screaming and shouting at people boarding the bus about their tickets instead of just having a civilised conversation, as well as screaming at a guy on a bike in a car park on a very over-long 30+ minutes stop off in San Bernadino where passengers were not told they could get out and stretch their legs if they wanted to. Assumed it was a delay, but was clearly a break. 100mb Wifi limit is a joke. Next time i'll take a flight
