Bus Tickets from Wichita to Kansas City, MO

It was freezing the entire ride. It’s like they didn’t have the heat on. I was very disappointed with the ride.

Horrible service, bus got delayed 6 hours and the staff was not even aware of it, told us it got delayed after 40 minutes of waiting past the time we should have left already. Gave us no other options, not even a possibility of refund, didn't get to take the bus, cause if I had waited more I would have had lost my flights. Had to waste 300 dollars on an Uber to get to my destination before my flight. All of this would not have been a problem If you had just given us another way of solving something that clearly is your service responsibility. Also you could have let us know about the delay just when it started. When it got just one hour of delay you should let us know already. I don't know how this company works but just letting you guy know I am aware there is a huge miscommunication problem inside the company and with the costumers. Nothing more to add, hope you guy get to read this and actually do something about it. Regardless of that I'm never taking this service again nor recommending it.
