I really am upset that I had to sit on the train for 3.5 hrs without communication as to what was happening and that I could not get any clear explanation from attendants. It was very frustrating for everyone on the train. Having to deal with everyone's anxiety and stress for 3.5 hrs!!!

The bus was on time, the driver was very helpful, the power outlet for my particular seat was broken but the driver allowed me to use his. The seating was comfortable and the lighting was kept thankfully dim for my 1:00am trip. Overall, nothing to complain about at all.
