Everything was great. If there was better communication with the driver it would be perfect.

This trip from Warsaw to Kyiv started off well enough. I barely made it to my apartment before midnight curfew, but I’m sure others who disembarked at the other stop across the city did not. On a slightly positive note, at least the bathroom on board the bus worked. However, near the end of the trip, it was disgusting inside it… urine everywhere on and around the seat and on the floor, the garbage was overfull and there was no water left to wash our hands. I have written the company about this terrible experience and have asked for compensation, but most importantly I’m hoping this driver will be removed, rehabilitated or corrected so that the lives and well-being of future passengers aren’t placed in jeopardy.
