This trip from Warsaw to Kyiv started off well enough. But the bus not showing up until a few minutes before the scheduled departure time (07:00) and leaving 25 minutes late was just a small sign of unfortunate things to come. First, we realized there was no Wi-Fi available, nor anywhere to plug in our devices (both were services indicated for this ride). Then as the temperature on the bus got warmer and warmer a few hours later by mid morning, we asked the driver if he could kindly turn on the air conditioner, but we were told it wasn’t working (!). As the sunny, summer day progressed, it got very hot and uncomfortable. Is there even no way to bring outside air in without opening the doors?? Whenever we stopped, everyone got out to escape the sweltering heat and terrible air quality inside, and when we got back on it felt like we were entering a dirty sauna. Then, once inside Ukraine, I seriously began to wonder if our driver was drunk or too tired to drive. He was weaving erratically back and forth, often into the opposing lane, and he was also going incredibly slow, especially around minor bends in the road. He even slowed down for no reason at all on straight roads many times. On a couple occasions, we almost had a head-on collision in the opposing traffic’s lane. I was in seat 4, in the front row of the upper level and could see everything - it was an unnerving experience to say the least. Thankfully we made it to Kyiv in one piece, but we were 1.5 hours late - 23:00 at the first stop in Kyiv (Akademmistechko). I barely made it to my apartment before midnight curfew, but I’m sure others who disembarked at the other stop across the city did not. On a slightly positive note, at least the bathroom on board the bus worked. However, near the end of the trip, it was disgusting inside it… urine everywhere on and around the seat and on the floor, the garbage was overfull and there was no water left to wash our hands. I have written the company about this terrible experience and have asked for compensation, but most importantly I’m hoping this driver will be removed, rehabilitated or corrected so that the lives and well-being of future passengers aren’t placed in jeopardy.

According to customer reviews, there have been several negative experiences with the bus service. Customers complain about long delays and late arrivals due to defective buses. Additionally, some customers mention poor cleanliness and lack of amenities such as toilets and electric outlets on board. Despite these issues being mentioned in multiple reviews, it's important to note that not all customers had problems during their journey.
