The outlets are on the ceiling which is very inconvenient because plugs fall out. Additionally, there was a fire alarm in the engine compartment. It turned out to be a false alarm, however, the driver pulled over on the side of the 401 highway with vehicles passing very closely and very quickly. It took about 10 minutes before he even acknowledged that he had pulled over and advised the passengers of what was happening. Many passengers were afraid because they could overhear the conversation and they were worried about traffic.

The bus driver was on edge, and drove with some rage .
He reactivated aggressively to me when I went to open the luggage storage, trying to help because he did not open the correct one with my luggage.

The bus arrived late so passengers were rushed off and then we were rushed on to the bus without tickets being checked which felt odd. Also meant there was no airing out of bus or pass through by staff to ensure it was clean before we boarded. No clear, audible announcements about stops/timing due to the lack of mic/speakers throughout the bus but drivers did their best. Wasn't a new "FlixBus" but a random, ye olde weathered bus. My seatbelt didn't really work. We arrived on time and the drivers competent so that was positive but the price - $49 - didn't reflect the comfort/quality of the trip. This was a $20 ride.

The service was great. Unfortunately, the person sitting next to me was quite large and sat in a way that took up some of my leg space. It made the seat uncomfortable enough that I ended up giving up my window seat, which I had specifically chosen. I understand these situations can happen, but it did affect my experience.

Not great. Bathroom wasn't working off the hop, then front tires were DOUBLE the air pressure they were suppose to be. Waited on the side of the highway for an hour, then at a gas station, then had to wait another hour for a replacement bus to come. Driver was nice though.
