Straight bus without transfers , greyhound works excellent. If there are transfers there will be always some excuse and delays . In winter, one can accept for bad weather, but in summer . No, not acceptable

The bus in Toronto was late we got stuck at the border for over another hour. The bus arrived 2hrs after it was supposed to arrive at Buffalo and I had to wait 2 more hours for another bus. And then I had to wait and 1:30 in Cleveland. I came home 4 hrs late.

The first bus on our return trip was 3.5 hours late and caused us to miss our 40 minute layover in Cleveland. Our change in routing got us home 7 hours later than expected, with our final bus being driven by a driver who was aggressively asking the passengers how to get into boarder customs and around Toronto, saying things like "Well, I guess we'll never get there then.". The station staff was wonderful, but the drivers ruined our first experience with Greyhound, and we doubt we'll be traveling this way again.
