unfortunately, my experience was worse than i ever could have imagined, and I never plan to ride a greyhound bus again! while I can't speak for all of the drivers and staff, the bus driver from the beginning of the trip up to Orlando, and the last bus driver we had that led us straight to Philly were both wonderful, courteous, and professional . However, unfortunately, everywhere else was a huge problem. Every time we arrived at a bus station, there was no food, due to a shift change or some other reason, and the workers' were rude and disrespectful to most if not all of the passengers on the bus and had no problem closing their door on us despite a huge line of hungry, tired passengers ready to purchase food. We were not allowed to buy food at any of the terminals except for breakfast (which was delayed and for which there was a two hour layover) however, in that station, the bathrooms were also out of order. there were no control over the lines to get back on the bus and we were ordered to get out of the buses overnight for shift changes and cleaning the buses, even though the bathrooms were filthy. This trip was a nightmare.
