Users have noted that the staff became helpful after initial impressions, contributing to a relatively smooth ride. At the bus terminal, the bus company runs quite efficiently. The bus is generally clean and comfortable and impressive seat recline. The bus driver's style was also quite steady, not aggressive at all. The only two things I would comnent are that: There are no seat belt. The bus does not stop at any rest area, and it fully relies on the toilet on board.

The bus was overbooked, some passengers were offered to travel in the luggage storage under the bus. The beds did not fully recline and one of ours was broken, there were no seatbelts and the bathroom did not smell like it had been cleaned. The ride was rough and the bus was exceptionally hot. Would not use this company again.

Absolutely terrible. They cancelled our bus a couple of hours before and left us with no alternative transport to Uyuni due to being overbooked. This meant we missed the tour we were booked on and lost money.
Based on 19 reviews, the company was rated 2.6 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the departure location and the timeliness but often complained with the wifi. Expreso 11 de Julio ticket prices on this trip start at $18
