we left 45 minutes late, the driver stopped every 5 minutes we don't know to do what, at el alto, a thief got in to try to rob a lady. At 3 a.m. the driver took the wrong route and damaged electrical cables, which upset residents...we arrived at 9:30 a.m. instead of 6 a.m.
Passengers have noted the comfort of the seats and a generally smooth ride. However, there were concerns about luggage being placed near the engine, causing damage due to heat. Additionally, some passengers mentioned privacy issues with ticketing information and power outlets not functioning during long journeys.

Really comfortable seats, however our bags were moved against the engine in the bag storage and the heat melted some of the bags and belongings. Our ‘tickets’ that were printed at the office were just a list of all the passengers with our name circled, but the list included passport numbers that were distributed to all passengers. My power outlet stopped working during the 12 hour journey.
