Bus was late for over an hour, driver's check-in system was not working, there was a passenger smoking weed on the bus and it smelled throughout most of the ride and then the system showed that no people were going to Vancouver when there was a handful of us. We made it to the final destination but it also took forever when a highway ride to Vancouver can be done in 3 hours or less.

Extremely disorganized, they are SO short staffed. The one guy who seemed to be the only person working was kind though. For someone who had never travelled with Amtrak, it was very confusing and stressful.
