It was horrible, first the bus was 2hrs late, then the driver drove into the park through the exit that said do not enter, then had to reverse. The bus was in West Palm beach at 6:30 PM and the driver said she is unable to go further. They unload the bus, the passengers with their luggage sitting not know what to do. Visitors had no idea where to turn. The visitor I sent of the bus started to a panic not knowing what to do. I called the customer service explained what I was told and the representative told me he tracked the bis and it's on the way th Fort Lauderdale. I had to tell him to contact the bus or the station and let me know what's happening. He later connected me to the bus station in West palm beach, I spoke to Ronnie he explained and told me what the plan was. It was really a horrible experience for us all. I think if the bus is running late send a blast email to passenger and let us know what's happening.
