Greyhound Lines, Inc. Rochester Buffalo recent customer reviews
Greyhound lines informed me of a significant delay (6 hours) only 35 minutes before my departure. Especially when I needed to get to an airport to catch a flight, it was incredibly frustrating to hear that I couldn’t even get a bus to buffalo on time on top of not getting a refund to get another way to the airport. I literally wasted money to get there when I already paid to get there.

The driver was very polite, professional & went above & beyond. My trip was safe, and I had confidence in the driver's abilities on the road.

The first bus they scheduled me on apparently never existed (even though I had the ticket and confirmation). But they got me on a separate bus after I called and said it hadn’t showed.
